Based on the book “Subtle Acts of Exclusion” by Tiffany Jana and Michael Baran, this 90-minute workshop will help attendees learn how unconscious bias can provoke often overlooked words and actions that can demoralize a workforce. Attendees will learn:

  • How subtle acts of exclusion manifest in the workplace
  • Best practices for addressing and owning the harm caused
  • How to be an ally when you witness subtle acts of exclusion
  • How to engage in equity and inclusion conversations with curiosity and open-mindedness
  • Ways you can apply what you learn right away
