Online registration for "Strategic Planning Basics" is now closed. Please contact grants@thelcfoundation.org to find out if spots are still available.

Nonprofit leaders often know that planning for their organization’s future success is crucial, but they often have limited resources to do so. Business Volunteers Unlimited's President and CEO Elizabeth Voudouris and Vice President for Nonprofit Engagement Julie Clark together bring almost 40 years of combined experience to this important topic. They will lead a session in which participants will learn how to:
• Spot and understand trends in the nonprofit sector that affect their organizations
• Determine when strategic planning is right for your organization
• Understand the benefits of strategic planning
• Recognize the key components of a strategic plan
• Identify which stakeholders should be involved
• Set measurable and realistic goals
• Understand strategic planning through case studies and exercises

Attendance is limited for this workshop so register soon. Board member participation is strongly encouraged for this nonprofits-only session.

Please note: All registrants and ticket holders will be notified of Licking County Foundation's Meeting Protocols based on the CDC's COVID-19 Community Levels for Licking County closer to the date of the event. Please avoid attending this meeting in-person if you are feeling ill or experiencing other symptoms.
