About our presenters
Katie Cramer Schemmel, Vice President, Cramer & Associates, brings extensive experience in corporate philanthropy, fundraising strategy, and donor engagement. Previously, Katie led philanthropic efforts for Big Lots, directing $4.5 million annually to 300+ nonprofits and helping generate nearly $12 million each year through cause-marketing campaigns. She holds a master’s degree in Philanthropic Studies from Indiana University.
Angie Hartley, Senior Consultant, Cramer & Associates, brings more than 20 years of nonprofit fundraising and development experience, with expertise spanning annual campaigns, major gifts, planned giving, grants, and capital campaigns. As Chief Development Officer at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio, she increased fundraising revenue by double-digit percentages and secured more than $2 million in realized planned gifts.
