Youth Philanthropy of Licking County (YPLC) is now accepting nominations for the inaugural Changemaker Award!
In 2018, the Licking County Foundation established the Changemaker Award to recognize and celebrate young leaders ages 15–35 who have demonstrated exceptional leadership, dedication, and impact in improving the quality of life in Licking County, Ohio through community service, civic engagement, philanthropy, or public leadership.

ABOUT THE NOMINEE
AWARD CRITERIA: Please respond to each of the following questions.
LEADERSHIP: Describe how the nominee has demonstrated leadership through service.
Examples may include:
DEDICATION: Describe the nominee's commitment to serving others.
IMPACT: Describe the difference the nominee has made in Licking County.
Please include measurable outcomes whenever possible, such as:
INNOVATION: Describe how the nominee approached a community challenge in a new or creative way.
GIFT: In honor of each Licking County Changemaker Award recipient, the Licking County Foundation will make a $1,000 charitable contribution to an eligible organization. Please list three qualified charitable organizations (501 C (3) nonprofit, government, or quasi-governmental agency) that are meaningful to the nominee, in order of preference. Should the nominee be selected, the Foundation will make every effort to honor the first-choice organization, provided it is an eligible charitable organization.
