Amy Lahmers is Founder & President of Flourishes Consulting, providing HR guidance and people strategy to mission-driven organizations. She brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, healthcare, nonprofit leadership, and consulting. Amy holds a Master of Science from Miami University and a Bachelor of Science from The Ohio State University, and is a Prosci-certified change management practitioner. She also serves on the Ohio Association of Nonprofit Organizations Council of Consultants.
