Did you know the Heath-Newark-Licking County Port Authority is the largest self-sustaining port authority in Ohio and ranks among the state’s top five overall? What does a port authority do, and how do the 25 companies at the Central Ohio Aerospace and Technology Center contribute to our region’s economy? Find out on our July 1 field trip!

You’ll enjoy:
• A windshield tour of Central Licking County’s five-industrial-park corridor, hosted by Port Authority President & CEO Rick Platt and Southgate Corporation President Rob O’Neill
• A guided tour of one of Ohio’s largest manufacturers (some walking required)
• Lunch at the Port Authority’s America250 Picnic, featuring STEM demonstrations and a self-guided walking tour

Discover the “hidden” impact of Central Licking County manufacturers and why the Licking County Foundation values their role in our community.
