The purpose of this workshop is to conduct and facilitate a Role of the Board training for board and staff leaders of Licking County Foundation’s grantees. The training will provide guidelines for effective and meaningful nonprofit board service and a clear understanding of the role and the expectations of a nonprofit board member.
