 sulting’s Founder and Principal\, has been helping nonprofit organizations
  start up\, gear up\, and clean up their operations\, HR\, and fundraising
  for 25 years. She has built strong and successful programs at growing loc
 al\, state\, and national organizations. After repeatedly witnessing nonpr
 ofits struggle with effective and efficient operations\, Jodi recognized t
 he lack of services to help. She designed a unique scope of work for Big C
 hange Consulting to solve these problems. The benefit of Jodi’s experience
  with organizations is she sees around corners and designs streamlined sol
 utions that last. She is passionate about partnering with leaders to solve
  operations challenges so they can focus on the critical work of fulfillin
 g their mission.\n\nBefore founding Big Change Consulting\, Jodi was Deput
 y Director at the Ohio Environmental Council. During her 13-year tenure th
 ere\, she built their development department\, oversaw marketing and commu
 nications\, and led administration\, finance\, HR\, and special projects. 
 She has also held successful development and operations roles at organizat
 ions in Massachusetts and California. Jodi lives in Central Ohio.\n
