Inquiry Form

PRE-APPLICATION INFORMATION

All prospective grant applicants are required to submit a Grant Inquiry Form (see below for downloading) which provides the Foundation with preliminary information about your organization and proposed project before you begin working on your final Grant Application.

After reviewing your Grant Inquiry Form, LCF will contact you within 7 days to request more information, invite you to submit a full application, or inform you that the Foundation will be unable to consider a full application due to limited resources and/or a mismatch with Foundation priorities. If you are invited to submit a full grant proposal, you will be emailed a Grant Application for completion by the deadline below.

The Grant Inquiry Form Deadline has expired for the 2012 Grant Cycle. Please check back May 31, 2012 for information regarding the grant application process for 2013 funding.
