The Licking County Foundation is a public charitable organization made up of a collection of various funds given by caring individuals, businesses, and organizations that have a common concern for the well-being of the people of Licking County. The role of the Foundation is to:

Build permanent charitable assets to use on behalf of the whole community.

Invest and manage funds wisely and distribute them in a timely and equitable manner in keeping with the  needs of the community and the wishes of the donors.

Advance and enhance the educational, social, cultural, health and civic resources of the community through support of qualified nonprofit organizations.

Provide philanthropic leadership through the actions of the Governing Committee that create and promote efforts of citizens to improve the quality of life in the community.
