You will need to download the application, complete it, and mail or hand deliver it to the Foundation before the deadline.  The application is in Microsoft Word® format. 

The application has fill-in fields for you convenience.  Each field is long enough for the answer requested. 

In order to submit the highest quality proposal, the Foundation recommends you download the instructions first.  Please read the instructions carefully.  Most questions are answered by this document.
