Dear Friends,
Welcome to our website!
For more than 50 years, the
Licking County Foundation has
been a provider of charitable
services to our community.
Thanks to many caring
individuals, we have had steady
growth and are currently the
14th largest community
foundation in Ohio.
We provide many meaningful
services, but two are most
important.
First, we serve as a source for
philanthropic gifting. We offer
donor advised funds, field of
interest funds, scholarship
funds, designated charitable
agency funds, and unrestricted
funds. Donors may choose one or
a combination of funds to meet
their charitable interests.
Funds may be restricted in
purpose, geographic area, or
specific charitable
organization—or they may be
unrestricted in nature. All
funds, regardless of type, may
be added by anyone, at any time,
in various amounts.
Secondly, we support our
community by awarding grants to
deserving students and deserving
projects. This past year, we
assisted 274 students with
$375,363 in scholarships. Our
grants improved many different
facets of life in Licking
County—including arts, culture,
health and human services, parks
and recreation, civic and
community, religion, and others.
We accept such grant
applications each year on a
quarterly schedule.
